Orangeburg City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Friday, January 16, at 11 AM in City Council Chambers, 933 Middleton Street for the following purpose:

1. Consideration of January 9, 2026, Special City Council Minutes

OLD BUSINESS

2. Third Reading of an Ordinance approving the City Administrator to negotiate and enter a contract to finance and acquire certain fire protection motor vehicles, and related equipment in an amount not to exceed $945,630; authorizing the execution and delivery of documents necessary to carry out the financing and acquisition

3. Second Reading of an Ordinance authorizing the transfer of approximately 11.18 acres of real property with improvements, if any, located on Methodist Oaks Drive, with county TMS #0171-00-07-002.000 (portion of) as part of economic development Project Panther, and providing other related matters
