The City of Orangeburg Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, May 16, at 6 PM at 933 Middleton Street for the following purpose:

 

1.  Consideration for a Zoning District Map change from A-1, Residential Single-Unit District to O-I, Office-Institutional-Residential District for the following property:

 1132 Boulevard Street NE, TMS# 0173-05-06-002.000.

           

2.  Consideration for Conditional Use of a Land Development located at:

 761 Russell Street, TMS# 0152-20-01-002.000, TMS# 0173-10-03-007.000.


CONCERNING ITEM #1 CITY COUNCIL MAY HOLD FIRST READING, MAY 21, 2024, AND MAY HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING AND SECOND READING JUNE 4, 2024, 6 PM AND MAY HOLD THIRD READING JUNE 18, 2024, 6 PM.

CONCERNING ITEM # 2 THIS PUBLIC NOTICE SERVES AS AN AMENDMENT TO ADD A PUBLIC HEARING AND AGENDA ITEM FOR PLANNING COMMISSION CONSIDERATION FOR LAND DEVELOPMENT ON MAY 16, 2024.
