July 4th Holiday Closing, Cancelation of July 15th Council Meeting and Agenda for City Budget Workshop July 8th

The City of Orangeburg will observe Friday, July 4, 2025, Independence Day, as a legal holiday.  All offices will be closed; however, the Public Safety Department will be on duty.  The Orangeburg Municipal Airport will be closed.  Hillcrest Golf Facility will be open.

There will be no change in sanitation services.

The regularly scheduled City Council Meeting for Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at 6:00 P.M. has been canceled. 

Orangeburg City Council and the City of Orangeburg will have a Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget Workshop Meeting on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, starting at 10am in Council Chambers, 933 Middleton Street.

COUNCIL MAY ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS ANY ITEM(S) PERMITTED BY THE SOUTH CAROLINA FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT TO BE DISCUSSED IN EXECUTIVE SESSION.  COUNCIL MAY ELECT TO RETURN TO OPEN SESSION AND VOTE ON ANY MATTERS DISCUSSED IN EXECUTIVE SESSION.
