Theresa “Terri” P. Williams is a native of Saint Matthews, South Carolina and a proud product of the public school system. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina, a Master’s degree from Lesley University, and is a 2024 graduate of the Riley Institute’s Local Government Leadership Academy at the College of Charleston. That same year, she was accepted into the College’s Master of Public Administration program. Terri has also completed coursework toward an MBA at Claflin University.
Terri brings over 20 years of experience in Financial Management and Banking Risk Consulting with Equifax, along with two decades of expertise in Human Resource Management. Her background reflects a strong commitment to organizational leadership, public service, and community improvement.
She is excited to contribute her knowledge and skills at a senior level to help make the City of Orangeburg a better place for all its residents.
A little-known fact about Terri is that she once appeared in a movie alongside Halle Berry, James Caan, and Omar Epps.
