- To consider an application for 100% annexation of Fulton Street and Sprinkle Avenue properties and related territories. All related tax map numbers are available at City Hall.
- To consider a Zoning District Map change from Commercial General to D-1 Industrial District for property belonging to the City of Orangeburg located at 999 Fulton Street SE TMP# 0172-07-01-003.000, 455 Sprinkle Avenue TMP# 0172-07-01-004.000, and 348 Sprinkle Avenue TMP# 0172-07-02-018.000.
