Orangeburg City Council and the Department of Public Utilities (“DPU”) will have a Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Budget Workshop Meeting on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 starting at 10:00 a.m. at the DPU Operations Center in the Assembly Building located at 352 Sprinkle Avenue, Orangeburg, South Carolina.

• Discussion of the Department of Public Utilities Capital Improvement Projects and the Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027.

COUNCIL MAY ENTER INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS ANY ITEM(S) PERMITTED BY THE SOUTH CAROLINA FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT TO BE DISCUSSED IN EXECUTIVE SESSION. COUNCIL MAY ELECT TO RETURN TO OPEN SESSION AND VOTE ON ANY MATTERS DISCUSSED IN EXECUTIVE SESSION.
