Due to expected cold weather conditions, the City of Orangeburg Warming Shelter will open tonight to help ensure residents have a safe place to stay warm.
Location: City Gym, 410 Broughton Street
Open: Tonight at 6:00 PM
Closes: Tomorrow at 10:00 AM
