The City of Orangeburg will observe Friday, June 19, 2026, Juneteenth, as a legal holiday. All offices will be closed; however, the Public Safety Department will be on duty. The Orangeburg Municipal Airport and Hillcrest Golf Facility will be open.
There will be no change in sanitation services.
