City of Orangeburg Announces 2-Hour Delayed Start Due to Inclement Weather
City administration offices to open at 10:00 AM on Monday, February 2
Orangeburg, SC – Due to inclement weather conditions, the City of Orangeburg will operate on a two-hour delayed start on Monday, February 2. Normal administrative hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; therefore, City Administration offices will open at 10:00 AM.
City officials made this decision out of an abundance of caution to allow for safer travel conditions for employees and residents. Emergency services will continue to operate as normal. The City will continue to monitor weather conditions and provide additional updates if necessary.
The Warming Shelter will remain open until 12:00 Noon on Monday, February 2, 2026.
