The City of Orangeburg will observe Monday, February 16, 2026, President’s Day, as a holiday. All offices will be closed; however, the Public Safety Department will be on duty. The Municipal Airport will be open. Hillcrest Golf Course will be closed.
There will be no changes in residential sanitation routes.
