Orangeburg City Council will hold a public hearing and second reading to consider an application for 100 percent annexation of properties belonging to South Carolina University Housing, LLC, 100 University Village Drive, TMS#0173-11-06-001.000 and 400 University Village Drive, TMS# 0173-08-16-004.000 during the regular City Council meeting on February 21, 2023, 6 p.m. at City Council Chambers, 933 Middleton Street. Council may have third reading on March 7, 2023. First reading was held on January 17, 2023.

Subject Properties: Descriptions of all properties are available for public viewing at City Hall.

The regularly scheduled City Council meeting for Tuesday, February 7, 2023 has been canceled due to the Hometown Legislative Action Day being held in Columbia, SC.

The meeting will be available for live public viewing on the City's Facebook account www.facebook.com/cityoforangeburg. Public comments can be made by emailing publiccomment@orangeburg.sc.us Materials pertaining to these matters may be examined at City Hall, 979 Middleton Street.
