Thank you for visiting The City of Orangeburg Parks and Recreation Department online. We hope this site will make registration for youth sports more convenient for you.
Although we cannot currently accept registrations via the Internet, this Program Release Form is available for you to print and fill out. It can be mailed to the City of Orangeburg Parks and Recreation Department, along with the appropriate information and funds, and we will take it from there. It is so easy; you don't even have to leave the house! Simply follow the directions below, and we will proceed with alacrity in processing the registration. If any questions do arise, please do not hesitate to contact us. We look forward to seeing you during the upcoming season.
Before mailing the Program Release Form, Please...
1) Be certain that all fields are filled in completely and accurately. If more that one participant is registering, please use a separate form for each. This will help ensure that your application is processed efficiently.
2) Include a check made out to the City of Orangeburg for the full amount ($45.00 each for non-city residents and $20.00 each for city residents). An optional insurance plan is also available for an additional $6.30 per participant.
3) Ensure that your current physical address is on your check as proof of residency if you live in the City limits (no P.O. Box addresses). If your physical address is not on the check, include a copy of your valid driver's license with an accurate address.
4) Include a copy of the participant's birth certificate. Details regarding team placements and other pertinent information will be forthcoming once your registration is received.
