Orangeburg City Council
City Council is a legislative body, establishing policies with recommendations from the City Administrator. The City Administrator acts as the chief administrator of the Council's policies implemented through the administrative control of City Departments given to him by ordinance. The City Council holds regular meetings on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 7:00 p.m. Regular Council meetings are held in the Council Chambers Building located beside City Hall.
